May Sales Tip:
Using datafeeds are a great way to showcase our full line of contact lenses and accessories. Your viewers are prescribed a specific contact lens by their eye doctor. Simply providing them an opportunity to find that exact lens before coming to our site increases your chances for a sale along with saving your visitor's time to research our site. Datafeeds also allow your viewers to see our full line of accessories and other products before purchasing which qualifies them as a buyer right on your site and will increase your orders per visit.

For those of you who don't currently use feeds, there are numerous ways to go about doing it. In both Commission Junction and ShareASale, you can easily access our feeds via FTP if you have full access. If not, simply let us know and we'll get access for you.

Alternatively, you can use any of our 3rd party tools such as GoldenCAN or Product Showcase Creator to show our entire feed or a few simple products in just a few steps.

Since there are many ways to incorporate a datafeed, we won't go into details here but should you have individual questions on how a feed can spruce up your site and increase sales, simply contact us at affiliates@aclens.com.

International Affiliates

We've been receiving a lot of questions from international affiliates wondering how to get our different currencies to display from our banners, text links, etc. Here's a simple way to direct any of your visitors to any of our international currencies:

It's fairly easy, but time consuming, to get an international currency to show through our CJ links. For text links and banners, you'll need to follow these directions to get it to work.

• Login to CJ and go to our links page. Click the check box for "Hide tracking code in link?"
  
  
  
• This should bring up a longer string of code for the particular link (I'll use 10300402 Link to Acuvue as an example). In this longer code, you'll now see a section that has: window.status='http://www.aclens.com/';return true;
  
  
  
• On the end of our URL in that string, add: default.asp?NCurID=2 so that our URL now shows http://www.aclens.com/default.asp?NCurID=5.
  
  
  
• The entire string for this particular ad should look like this (where XXXXX is your PID):

The default.asp?NCurID=5 that you added should now bring up all of our products in Canadian Dollars when a visitor clicks on a link. You will need to do all of these steps for each individual banner and currency that you want to use. Here is the code for our other currencies:

If you want to do a product feed with any of the different currencies, you'll need to contact us since it's an entirely different process.
